Prices and delivery costs
The prices are inclusive the statutory value added tax. The delivery costs for "Vorkasse (cash in advance)" and "Bankeinzug (automatic debit transfer system)" are adding up to 6,90 € (pre-tax). The delivery costs for "Nachnahme (cash on delivery)" are adding up to 10,90 € (pre-tax).

We do also deliver abroad. Therefore we have to calculate the delivery costs, custom duties and other possible costs separately, because this is not to be displayed in our shop system for programming reasons. Orders of our products via the online-shop can only be delivered inside Germany.

Order process
If you have found the wanted product, you can put this into your shopping basket without obligation by clicking on the button labelled “Add to shopping basket”. You can check the content of your shopping basket at any time by clicking on the button labelled „Shopping basket“without obligation. You can remove the products from your shopping basket at any time. If you want to buy the products in your shopping basket, simply click the “Check Out” button. You will than be asked to enter your personal data and to choose your wanted kind of payment and delivery. Before sending the order you will see the data you entered again and you have the possibility to correct the entered data by clicking the button “Change data”. You can cancel the order process at any time simply by closing the browser window or you can finish the order by clicking the button “Place Order”.

Conclusion of the contract
Contract language is German. The presentation of the products in the online-shop is not a legally binding offer, but a online catalogue without obligation. After entering your personal data and after clicking the button „Place Order“ in the final step of the ordering process you hand in a binding order of the products in your shopping basket. The confirmation of the receipt of your order follows directly after the sending of the order. The sales contract becomes binding with our confirmation of order or the delivery of the products.

The contract wording is saved and is sent to you by e-Mail. You can still see the general conditions of the contract at any time on this page and save it to your computer.

Methods of payment
The invoiced value for export trade is to be paid by cash in advance. For trades inside Germany, you can choose between cash in advance, automatic debit transfer or cash on delivery. You will get more details by choosing the corresponding method of payment during the order process.

For automatic debit transfer, the debit of your bank account takes place with the shipping of the ordered goods.

Delivery
We deliver via postage. The estimated delivery time is 48-72 hours.
